Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Recruiter for BPM India based in Bengaluru responsible for driving multi-channel sourcing and building best-in-class talent pools. The role partners with BPM India HR to execute recruiting strategies, screen candidates against requirements, and present high-caliber talent to management. Key duties include conducting Boolean searches, cultivating diverse candidate pipelines, leveraging sourcing tools and networks, maintaining data integrity, and maintaining professional relationships with candidates. Requires strong communication, timely follow-up, adaptability, confidentiality, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; proficiency with MS Office 365 and familiarity with video conferencing tools is a plus. The position emphasizes sourcing across multiple practice areas within a professional services context and contributing to recruitment goals and market insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive talent sourcing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Proven ability to build a diverse candidate pool for open positions utilizing sourcing tools and networks (internal & external)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Exceptional influencing skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office 365; experience with Teams and Ring Central Video is a plus

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with compliance and employee relations knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to provide market insights and sourcing channel ideas
  • Experience with video conferencing tools a plus

  • Prior experience in India or global teams (preferred)
