Conduct comprehensive targeted research for qualified candidates via internal databases, job boards, schools, and professional associations. Partner with line managers to create recruiting methods, obtain search requests, and lead the creation of job descriptions and interviewing plans. Interview, screen, and assess candidates through skills testing and office interviews to measure capability and aptitude. Oversee pre-employment requirements including background investigations, reference checks, and drug testing to ensure compliance. Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings, present job opportunities, and negotiate offers. Manage the full hiring process from offer letter drafting to new hire processing coordination. Maintain applicant tracking records and develop candidate pools in advance of needs.
