Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and strategic roles, executing creative talent acquisition strategies across social media, events, and channels. Perform strategic screenings to identify skills, experience, and cultural fit, then lead competency-based interviews. Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to understand needs and co-create solutions for building diverse, high-performance groups. Manage the full hiring lifecycle to ensure fluidity, agility, and a positive experience for both candidates and hiring partners. Requires a complete degree or current studies in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields, plus prior recruitment experience. Work Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (08:00 to 17:00 on Fridays).
Required Qualifications
- Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Psicologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos e áreas afins
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Experiência anterior na área de Recrutamento e Seleção
