Conduct outbound and inbound recruiting by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and networking events, while screening applicants through phone or video calls. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the process. Participate in campus events, partnerships, and client gatherings. This role supports international growth projects across DACH, EU, USA, and Asia within a diverse, flat-hierarchy team. Flexible working hours and a hybrid model are available.
