Job Summary
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting for clinical and non-clinical roles. Screen applicants against requirements and cultural fit, conduct initial interviews, and manage pipelines via Greenhouse. Collaborate with Practice Managers and senior leaders to define strategy, provide shortlists, and coordinate interviews. Produce recruitment reports, KPI updates, and presentations to the Senior Leadership Team. Issue offer letters, manage compliance checks, and handle onboarding administration before handing candidates to the team. Proactively identify process improvements and build plans to enhance recruitment capability using AI and automation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience
- Healthcare recruitment experience
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience using recruitment analytics and reporting tools
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
- Experience using HiBob or an equivalent HRIS platform
- Experience using AI-enabled sourcing, screening and recruitment tools such as Pin, Juicebox, Bridgelabs HR or similar
- Ability to quickly learn and manage recruitment systems, HRIS platforms and sourcing technologies
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to work UK business hours with flexibility around candidate availability
- Private healthcare experience
- Dental or medical recruitment experience
- Recruitment experience within premium service brands
- Experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams
- Experience creating recruitment KPI reports and presentations
- Current or recent experience on a UK healthcare desk (for example offshore delivery teams supporting UK nursing, locum or dental staffing agencies), or previous UK recruitment experience
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Professional and discreet approach
- Proactive working style
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Clear, neutral English accent
- Flexibility required for evening and weekend candidate calls where necessary
