Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Poland and the EMEA region, collaborating with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top talent. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, source candidates, screen for qualifications and cultural fit, conduct interviews and assessments, manage the recruitment lifecycle from scheduling to offers, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination). Fluent Polish and professional English are required; German is a strong advantage. Hybrid work model with locations in Niepolomice and Fabryczna, Poland. The role supports an international Talent Acquisition team and entails building a strong employer brand, using ATS and various sourcing tools, analyzing recruitment data, and delivering effective hiring solutions across multiple functions and locations.
