Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent Acquisition Partner to join Vaisala's HR team in Louisville, CO. You will develop and execute recruitment strategy, partner with hiring managers globally, conduct phone screens and interviews, deliver coaching to managers, run tactical recruitment marketing and employer branding, and build relationships with recruitment agencies. You’ll ensure high-quality candidate experiences, track KPIs, and contribute to systems/tools initiatives (e.g., SuccessFactors) while traveling up to 10% as needed. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred) and 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, with experience recruiting for technical/hard-to-fill roles in a global technology company.
