Job Summary
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers on sales job requirements and search efforts, maintaining regular communication throughout the recruiting process. Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions, then review and assess applicants' education, experience, training, and qualifications. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive sourcing and research while documenting and communicating the progression of the recruiting process. Support immigration processes as a liaison with attorneys and develop college recruiting or affirmative action programs as needed. Stay current on industry, product, and geographical trends in talent.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience OR client facing job responsibilities at Thryv
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting processes
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively support hiring managers through the full recruiting cycle
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
- Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed
