Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary) on-site in Nashua, NH for 4 months. Manages full-cycle recruitment for non-physician roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, coordinating job fairs/open houses, managing candidate communications, conducting reference checks and credential verification, preparing offers, educating candidates on compensation and benefits, and coordinating onboarding to ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of recruiting in lieu of degree) and at least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
