Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple locations, maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, and represent the company at career events and industry forums. Collaborate with business leaders to implement recruitment strategies, stay informed on market trends, and provide ad-hoc support for People Services initiatives. This 6-month temp-to-hire role is fully onsite in Verona, WI, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle, high volume recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong experience in scheduling, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and People Services & Culture site partners
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Self-starter who is motivated to complete and prioritize tasks
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment
- Candidates must have current, valid authorization to work in the country where this role is located
