Job Summary
Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. Find and engage top technical talent using diverse strategies, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a superb candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to streamline strategies, advise on recruitment needs, and align hiring with broader business goals. Represent the company at university events and job fairs to build brand presence. Track local and global market trends to refine applied recruitment strategies. Focus on quality over quantity while delivering a stellar experience from initial introduction to seamless onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree
- Recruitment experience in tech or fintech, software development or engineering; hiring for tech or business teams, in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication skills in English written and oral
- A genuine passion for (tech) recruitment and a desire to grow in the field
- Proven ability to consistently deliver a stellar candidate experience
- Attention to detail
- A people-first mindset: sound judgment, strong integrity and fairness in dealing with people
