Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner for Sanofi Talent Services based in Hyderabad. Leads end-to-end recruitment for defined scopes, sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer management; drives continuous improvement of quality of hires, time-to-hire, and candidate experience. Collaborates with People & Culture, TA peers, stakeholders, and procurement to align recruitment operations, monitors SLAs/KPIs, builds trusted advisor relationships with functional heads, and contributes to EVP development with hub branding teams. Applies a data-driven approach to report on recruitment performance and trends, ensuring data integrity across TA systems (e.g., Workday, job boards, social media). Aims to improve hiring outcomes, efficiency, and compliance, while supporting the hub lead with analytical insights to drive efficiencies. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge of recruitment best practices and technologies. English proficiency, and experience in global, healthcare/pharma environments are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Pharma manufacturing & commercial TA
