Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment for North America, Lat Am, and Canada, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across 3,000+ annual volume needs. Lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for assigned positions, developing hiring strategies based on market intelligence reports while monitoring SLAs and ROI metrics. Collaborate with business HR partners, stakeholders, and the global TA network to ensure alignment, optimize candidate experience, and drive a data-driven assessment process. Maintain data compliance across ATS and HR systems, providing periodic hiring status reports to business stakeholders. Support EVP creation and internal talent mapping to deliver best-in-class enterprise solutions for Sanofi's global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English
- Advanced Spanish
- Proven track record of success in recruiting the best talent
- Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization
- Exceptional communication
- Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with HR information systems
- Data driven approach
- Ability to showcase ROI through impactful metrics
- Ability to drive a strong Talent Assessment process
- Ability to maintain data compliance across TA systems and tools
- Ability to provide period hiring status reports to business stakeholders
- Ability to proactively share best practices, talent intelligence, and market insights
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Ability to utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
- Ability to support in creating Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Ability to work closely with Country Talent Management team
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with functional heads and key collaborators
- Ability to closely monitor key SLAs/KPIs of TA service delivery
- Ability to manage team
- Ability to work closely with local business HR & TA Partners, stakeholders, talent management, communication, and procurement
- Ability to own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the assigned positions
- Ability to ensure continuous improvement of quality of hires, time to hire
- Ability to focus on Hiring Managers and Candidate Experience
- Ability to proactively share the Talent and Market intelligence reports to stakeholders
- Ability to develop an effective hiring strategy accordingly
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope
- Ability to include sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates

- Ability to work in Bogotá
