Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner – Talent Intelligence & Pipelines responsible for building proactive talent pipelines, conducting market mapping, and delivering workforce insights. Drive passive talent engagement, partner with HR and leaders to anticipate future workforce needs, maintain structured candidate pools, and support strategic hiring initiatives globally across roles and locations. Requires 5+ years in recruiting/sourcing/talent intelligence, strong sourcing tools proficiency (esp. LinkedIn Recruiter), market research and analytics, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Location flexibility includes Salt Lake City (US), Monterrey (MX), or Bucharest (RO) with remote options across the US, Mexico, Romania, and other EU countries.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent intelligence
- Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
- Proven ability to build and nurture long-term talent pipelines
- Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience in corporate TA or executive search environments
