Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner – Students & Graduates to lead regional end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and internship commercial roles (Marketing, Sales, Product Support) across EAME and Asia Pacific,build university relationships, convert interns to full-time hires, and partner with the commercial talent team to execute regional programs. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer, advising hiring managers on strategies, leveraging ATS/CRM to source top candidates, and ensuring active candidate pipelines for current and future roles, while collaborating with global teams and campus programs. Strong relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and experience with student/graduates recruiting are desired; Swiss work permit or EU citizenship required; travel and onsite work expectations apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Experience recruiting, especially with students & graduates’ talent
- Knowledge of Workday as a recruiter
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze workforce data and metrics for decision-making
- Experience collaborating across matrix organizations
- Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
- Valid Swiss work permit or EU 25/EFTA citizenship
