Job Summary

Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, and operational roles across STRIDE Community Health Center, managing a portfolio of 30 or more active requisitions. Partner with hiring leaders to define staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and coordinate interviews while maintaining compliance with FQHC regulations. Develop and execute creative sourcing plans to attract top talent, manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Prepare and extend employment offers, analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, and represent the organization at job fairs and community events. Collaborate with HR staff on workforce development initiatives and provide backup support for onboarding activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of healthcare recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience with HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems and a variety of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and job boards
  • Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing social media, professional networking platforms, and CV databases
  • Familiar with laws, regulations, and procedures related to hiring practices
  • Ability to work independently and organize work in a manner that ensures accuracy, efficiency and timely completion of deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions, functions, and tasks while managing work time efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to protect the confidentiality of employees and business information ethically and responsibly
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage 30 or more concurrent requisitions while maintaining strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates
  • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment practices for clinical and non-clinical positions
  • COVID-19 Vaccination preferred
  • Annual Influenza Vaccination required (during flu season)
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact tactfully and effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and behaviors
  • Clear verbal communication required with employees, clients, and the public
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and make recommendations based on data
  • Must be able to lift or move items up to 10 lbs
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other routine tasks
  • Requires mental focus to analyze, compile, compare, and interpret information
  • Ability to teach, train, or provide guidance to others as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), hospital, community health, or multi-site healthcare recruitment experience is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of HRSA, FQHC, and healthcare workforce recruitment preferred
