Job Summary
Drive and execute talent acquisition plans, processes, and daily efforts for a specific area or region by partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Scheduling Coordinators. Own full-cycle recruiting efforts including planning, sourcing, selection, offer, relocation, and onboarding while developing strong business relationships with hiring managers. Utilize various sourcing strategies to ensure adequate applicants on job postings and network to develop community-based partnerships across the assigned region. Resolve all talent acquisition problems and challenges, provide feedback for continuous improvement, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to leadership. Escalate sourcing challenges if the candidate pipeline is inadequate and ensure candidates receive a professional, positive experience. Work closely with Operations and HR leaders to attract great candidates and retain talent. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Ft Worth office with approximately 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have experience in full-cycle recruiting (from sourcing to new hire onboarding)
- Must have knowledge & experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Must have knowledge & experience utilizing job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Must be able to work 2 days a week in the FT Worth office
- Must be able to travel ~20%
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or commensurate experience
- Prefer Certification(s) in HR and/or Recruiting (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS Certification, LinkedIn Certified. Professional Recruiter, etc.)
- Strongly prefer experience recruiting in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Prefer experience recruiting in the healthcare industry
