Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for Sales & Advertising roles across Commercial, Business Development, and AdTech/CTV functions; proactively source top-tier talent (including passive candidates); partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies; drive high-quality hiring delivery across multiple open roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong quality-of-hire outcomes. Based in Barcelona with an on-site office, seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and communicates fluently in English.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience hiring Sales, Advertising, Commercial, or Business Development profiles within the CTV, Media, or Digital Advertising industries
  • Sourcing and headhunting passive talent through multiple channels and techniques
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Business mindset and results-driven approach
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
