Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding, including corporate and revenue-driving commercial teams. Partner with hiring managers to advise on talent decisions, build high-quality pipelines through inbound and proactive outbound sourcing, conduct structured candidate screens, ensure ATS data integrity and recruiting metrics visibility, support employer branding, and experiment with AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate discovery. The role requires strategic judgment, strong partnership with the Head of People, and the ability to scale recruiting capacity in partnership with leadership, across functions such as People, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Partnerships and Wholesale.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience
- 1–2+ years in-house recruiting
- experience sourcing passive candidates
- ability to manage both inbound volume and proactive sourcing
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- curiosity and hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools and AI recruiting platforms
