Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles including technical (engineering, AI, data) and business positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage candidate pipelines efficiently while enhancing the candidate experience. Maintain the ATS (Lever) and ensure accurate reporting and dashboards. Contribute to People Ops functions supporting performance management, compensation activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Strong focus on ownership, process improvement, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of recruiting experience
- Experience with technical hiring
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using AI tools in recruiting

- Experience with performance management cycles
