Job Summary
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and candidate handoff. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on selection strategy, and establish realistic timelines. Create clear job postings and interview questions, screen and present candidates with insights, and coordinate background checks and orientation. Develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels, serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, and maintain accurate activity updates in the Applicant Tracking System. Partner with hiring leaders to guide expectations, lead post-hire debriefs, and coordinate with third-party agencies for specialized searches. Monitor recruiting metrics, prepare updates for leadership, ensure compliance with labor laws, and represent the company at recruiting events to strengthen employer branding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting multiple positions, hiring managers, and business functions in a multi-site or matrixed environment
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to support recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate management
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to support decision-making, reporting, and process improvement
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Must be located in the Austin, TX metro area
- Eligible for a hybrid work schedule (up to 2 remote days per week) upon successful completion of training and with manager approval
- Monday-Friday schedule, with approximately 8 consecutive working hours within PCSI's core business hours of 7:00am - 6:00 pm, and as business needs necessitate
- Occasional evening and weekend support as needed
- On-site work from South Austin PCSI corporate office required Monday-Friday during initial training period

- Experience recruiting in federal contracting, government services, nonprofit, healthcare, workforce development, manufacturing, skilled trades, or similar environments
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring
- Experience recruiting across diverse job families, including corporate, operational, professional, technical, and field-based positions
- Experience developing recruiting metrics, dashboards, or workforce reports
- Experience with UKG Recruiting and Onboarding
