Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for owning end-to-end recruitment at OGP, focusing on P0–P1 engineering, product, and design roles. You will partner with SWE leads and division heads, build and maintain hiring metrics and SLAs, drive outbound sourcing, strengthen top-of-funnel quality, and help establish scalable TA processes and tooling. The role emphasizes autonomy, rapid prototyping of hiring solutions, and collaboration across the People team to hire at scale in a government-focused, open-government startup environment in Singapore (hybrid work). Responsibilities include active sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing, with a track record of delivering full-cycle hiring in a fast-moving setting, plus familiarity with branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Full-cycle in-house TA experience
- Hands-on sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, community pipelines)
- Tech hiring experience (SWE, Product, or Design)
- Experience building TA processes or tooling from scratch
- Exposure to employer branding, EVP, or candidate experience initiatives
