Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct or adjacent experience in Talent Acquisition
- experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environment in US and overseas
- experience owning and scaling recruiting strategy
- AI fluency and ability to reinvents recruitment processes
- comfort operating at executive level, partnering with senior leaders
- deep, hands-on full-cycle recruiting expertise
- ability to work global time zones
- data-driven metrics guiding strategy
- excellent communication and stakeholder management
