Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruiting operations across departments (especially Sales, Product, and Operations). Own day-to-day activities including scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication; partner with hiring managers to build role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans; run outbound sourcing for priority roles across GTM,ops, and product; track hiring progress against headcount targets and report metrics; build a high-touch candidate experience; implement onboarding processes for consistent ramp-up; support interview calibration and decision-making; help shape foundational people processes, including job levels and hiring hygiene; contribute to shaping a values-driven culture during a growth period. Requires 4+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting, familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse), and comfort working in-person with cross-functional teams (NYC or DC preferred). Hybrid work policy indicated (office four days/week with a Wednesday work-from-home day).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever or Greenhouse
- Ability to work in-person with a cross-functional team (NYC or DC preferred)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting processes from scheduling to onboarding
