Job Summary
Lead recruiting efforts by creating talent pipelines through professional networks, digital platforms, and job boards, while owning the full-cycle process from screening to offer coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs and interview plans, delivering a welcoming candidate experience through onboarding and orientation. Provide backup support for weekly payroll processing, benefits administration including enrollments and COBRA, and leave management for FMLA and disability. Maintain accurate HRIS data to support audits, reporting, and employment law compliance, while managing day-to-day HR priorities as needed. This role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on recruiting and payroll exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
