Job Summary
Develop customized recruitment strategies and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber clinical and administrative staff. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, review resumes, and screen candidates for submittal while managing job requisitions, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System. Guide candidates through the offer process using negotiation skills to secure long-term associates, ensuring all paperwork and licensure compliance requirements are met. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to first day of employment, providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Recruitment 1-3 years (1 year)
- High School or equivalent with five (5) years of relevant recruitment, sales or marketing experience in lieu of education and experience requirement
- Working knowledge of human resources & talent acquisition systems to track and manage candidate pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems including Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel
- Able to manage a high volume of applicants and job requisitions
- Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Candidate relationship building, active listening, and basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and roles
- Time management and high-volume transactional efficiency with candidates, job offers and requisitions
- Adaptable to hiring demands and organizational goals
- Demonstrates high influence on candidates by showcasing the values of working with the organization
- Must have good balance and coordination
- Close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally and/or 10 lbs frequently
- Must be able to climb, push, stand, hear, walk, reach, grasp, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive motion
