Job Summary
Drive full-cycle recruiting from intake and posting through screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent, champion the employer brand, and optimize recruitment processes to improve key metrics. Build and manage critical relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors, leveraging technology and AI advancements to enhance recruiting efficiency. This role supports the US recruiting team at Elanco's Indianapolis headquarters in a hybrid environment, focusing on animal health innovation across farm animals and pets.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' work experience in full life cycle recruiting or relevant experience
- High School Diploma
- collaboration (willingness to be a team player, working across teams optimizing workload and capabilities)
- technology and software skills (Enterprise and human resource planning ERP software such as SAP, WorkDay and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems)

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree
- Previous experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse or high-volume recruiting
- Experience with GEM as a candidate management system
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer and personal services for hiring teams and candidates. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Deductive Reasoning, problem solving and problem sensitivity — The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong; recognizing that there is or may be a problem.
