Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment ownership across a diverse portfolio primarily in Germany, with exposure to international hiring. You will actively source and engage candidates, manage recruitment processes from initial briefing to contract signature, build proactive candidate pipelines, ensure a credible candidate experience, and collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR partners, compensation & benefits, and People Operations. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, talent-pool development, and continuous recruitment improvement. Fluency in German and English is required, and several years of hands-on recruiting experience and strong assessment capabilities are expected.
