Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, guiding inclusive candidate experiences, aligning local and global recruitment strategies, developing innovative sourcing pipelines for critical roles, and collaborating across teams (AskHR Services) to ensure a positive candidate experience. Requires English and German proficiency, experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a global, cross-cultural environment. Based in Offenbach or Hamburg on a 10-month temporary assignment supporting maternity leave.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global, technology-focused, or matrixed environment
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- Skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels
