Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for operations and engineering roles with a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to develop targeted sourcing strategies, source and present qualified candidates, manage interview and offer processes, and collaborate with Compensation and HR Partner teams. Expand candidate pipelines, provide market intelligence, and champion continuous improvement in TA processes. Influence diverse candidate slates and act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, compliance, and global hiring practices. This onsite role requires collaboration in Wickliffe, OH, with a 4-days-in-office, 1-day-flex work arrangement and a focus on data-driven recruitment, DEI, and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for operations and engineering roles in the US, including people leader level
- Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors
- Comfortable with leveraging generative AI tools, such as Co-Pilot and willingness to continue to learn and explore new AI technologies in Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in the areas of diversity, veteran, and/or early career recruitment
- Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow
- Building strong professional talent networks and global perspective
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients – influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results
- Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with your hiring teams
- Understanding of EEOC, salary history bans, pay transparency, and other hiring compliance regulations and laws
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to travel locally 5% of the time
