Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner at Light responsible for end-to-end hiring across multiple functions (Tech & GTM) as the company scales. Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines, source passive candidates, map markets, advise hiring managers on role requirements and compensation, design interview frameworks, and optimize recruitment operations. Partner with stakeholders to maintain a high hiring bar and shape Light’s employer brand and candidate experience. This role emphasizes autonomous work, data-driven recruiting, and scalable processes to support rapid growth across London, Copenhagen, and New York.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently
- Experience hiring across multiple functions inc Tech & GTM in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startups
- Experience using Ashby ATS and other modern TA tooling
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing a high req load
- Structured, data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement
