Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner for Senior Living responsible for promoting employment opportunities across Senior Living Communities and building a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting platforms, planning hiring events, conducting screening and interviews when needed, creating engaging job postings, utilizing an ATS/CRM to manage candidates, tracking recruitment metrics (openings, time-to-fill, turnover), and collaborating with Senior Living Community leadership to align talent with Lifespark’s business goals. Must cultivate culture-fit hires, maintain communication with business partners, and drive hiring outcomes while contributing to the organization’s growth and candidate engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- minimum of 1-3 years’ equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
- preferably in the healthcare industry
- proficient with ATS and HRIS
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
