Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for fulfilling company expansion needs by developing and implementing recruiting plans. The ideal candidate will attract, hire, and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline for future expansion needs. Responsibilities include determining applicant requirements, assisting managers in selecting the best candidates, attracting applicants via job sites and groups, screening and interviewing applicants (phone and in-person), verifying references, setting up exercises, creating and proposing job offers, conducting sales discovery and closing role plays, coaching applicants through interview processes, coordinating management interviews, maintaining all jobs and candidates in the ATS, and meeting/exceeding hiring performance goals. Qualifications emphasize a minimum college diploma with HR background, proficiency with Gmail/Google Docs and MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, strong communication and time-management skills, and knowledge of local employment law.
