Job Summary
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for the China region within the TA COE, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders to drive hiring strategies and deliver high-quality hires across multiple levels. Independently manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation), meet hiring targets with focus on quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct industry mapping and market intelligence to strengthen pipelines and support proactive hiring. Drive recruitment excellence through process optimization, compliance, and delivery of recruitment-related projects, including diversity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency background)
- solid end-to-end recruitment fundamentals
- experience managing hiring across multiple levels
- strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ability to engage and challenge business leaders
- proven track record of delivering hiring outcomes with ownership and accountability
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
