Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all levels within the China region as part of the China TA COE. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive hiring strategies, execute sourcing and screening, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure high-quality hires. Lead sourcing strategies, market intelligence, industry mapping, and diversity hiring initiatives; drive process improvements, compliance, and recruitment projects to optimize speed and quality of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition
- end-to-end recruitment fundamentals
- experience managing hiring across multiple levels
- stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ability to engage and challenge business leaders
- proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- fast-paced and dynamic environment
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
