Job Summary
Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies with HR business partners and sourcing specialists while ensuring appropriate platforms are utilized. Manage end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience by coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, selection criteria, and interview questions. Build relationships with stakeholders to meet hiring needs in a timely manner and organize recruitment events to strengthen candidate pipelines. This role supports Irving Oil's long-term staffing strategy within a family-owned energy company committed to safe, reliable energy and community impact.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing)
