Job Summary
Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies with HR business partners and sourcing specialists while ensuring appropriate platforms are utilized. Execute end-to-end hiring processes to maintain a positive candidate experience and coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria. Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements, organize recruitment events to build pipelines, and ensure teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals. Meet long-term staffing strategies and build relationships with stakeholders to attract top talent. Work onsite in Irving Oil's home office building with access to a fitness facility, nurse, and café.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Post-secondary education in a related field (business, administration, human resources, or marketing)
