Job Summary
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, consulting, and business support vacancies by partnering with hiring managers to define needs and develop strategies. Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking, conduct competency-based interviews, and build robust pipelines while producing high-quality adverts and campaigns. Support offer management, onboarding activities, and employer branding initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and Coordinators to deliver a seamless service, challenge stakeholders constructively on market conditions, and use data insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and attraction strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within an in-house environment
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Confidence sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
- A proactive approach to talent attraction
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using recruitment systems and recruitment data
- Enjoys building genuine relationships
- Is naturally curious and asks great questions
