Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate selection, evaluation, documentation, and referrals. Develop sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of diverse, top talent and partner with business stakeholders to align recruitment plans with organizational goals. Meet established talent acquisition metrics while proactively improving the candidate experience and engaging at university/college career fairs. Perform additional duties as assigned, including influencing hiring management to optimize selection and offer stages. This role requires a strategic approach to full-cycle talent acquisition within the Trustmark Bank organization.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in related field
- Equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Recruiter in an HR department
- Experience includes screening
- Experience includes sourcing
- Experience includes hiring candidates
- Knowledge of sourcing efficiencies
- Knowledge of candidate assessments
- Knowledge of job offer negotiations
- Thorough knowledge of federal regulations
- Knowledge of EEOC
- Knowledge of OFCCP
- Knowledge of Wage and Hour
- Knowledge of other applicable federal/state laws
- Passion for a commitment to sourcing and retaining top, diverse talent
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations
- Working knowledge of EEOC
