Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner for the Global Capability Model (GCM) within the Global Capability Center (GCC). Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned requisitions, ensuring targets are met with speed, quality, and operational discipline. Partner with HR teams and hiring leaders to clarify demand, calibrate roles, define hiring profiles, and align on selection processes and timelines. Execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, pipeline building) to build diverse, qualified candidate slates. Drive an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, structured interview coordination, and timely feedback loops. Manage TA systems and workflows (requisition management, interview plans, offer processes) with emphasis on compliance and data accuracy. Use recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, candidate experience signals, source effectiveness) to identify issues and implement improvements. Advise stakeholders on market insights, compensation considerations, and hiring trade-offs. Coordinate with global TA teams/COEs to leverage standard tools and practices. Manage recruiting risks and escalations for requisition load. Contribute to knowledge sharing and process adoption, and identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and workflows. This is a hybrid role, requiring 5 days per month in the office in Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience
- Experience in high-volume and/or global delivery environments preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
