Job Summary
Global Talent Acquisition Partner based in Burbank leads end-to-end recruiting for US/global teams across corporate, commercial, and operations; partners with hiring managers to align requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and timelines; sources and screens candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach; manages candidate communications and supports offers and pre-onboarding; tracks recruitment metrics and drives standardized hiring processes; collaborates with People & Culture and external partners to ensure smooth, inclusive hiring across the company; requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with proficiency in ATS (Jobvite a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter; strong communication, creativity, persistence, and a positive attitude are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4-6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience sourcing and closing leadership candidates up to VP level
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Creative and proactive recruiting approach
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Blended experience in technical and non-technical recruiting
- Ability to work with external partners (agencies, vendors)
- Knowledge of employment legislation and market trends
