Job Summary
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on recruitment requirements and review resumes to identify qualified candidates. Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking channels, then perform initial screening conversations and coordinate interviews via Recruitment Coordinators. Maintain accurate records in SmartRecruiters, provide timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience, and deliver insights to stakeholders. Focus on employer branding initiatives using Textio and social media to promote vacancies, while contributing to projects that improve recruitment systems and processes. Build strong relationships with the wider HR team and key stakeholders within the Life Sciences sector.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable commercial experience in recruitment
- Demonstrable commercial experience in direct search/headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience hiring in manufacturing/operations roles
- Understanding of HR/Recruitment policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational/time management abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data and accuracy
- Strong relationship building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrable commercial experience in recruitment, ideally within a Life Science or Technical environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or other HR databases, SmartRecruiters
