Job Summary
Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business partners to understand talent needs and define recruiting strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field-based roles from intake through offer, including expert requisition management within the ATS. Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools, leveraging advanced proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify high-potential candidates. Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process while collaborating with the compensation team to evaluate requirements and prepare competitive offer proposals. Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system and leverage modern recruiting technology, such as AI-driven sourcing and automation tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate quality. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of recruiting experience, and a data-centric mindset. Salary range $100,000–$130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 5 years of corporate or field recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing for professional roles, managing the end-to-end candidate experience, and successfully closing hires
- Data-centric mindset with demonstrated experience in recruitment reporting and analytics
- Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to develop talent mapping, engage, and convert passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships, influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and HR business partners
- High sense of urgency, and a resourceful, proactive, results-driven work ethic
- Collaborative problem solver with the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges
