Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner (Singapore, 9 month contract) oversees end-to-end recruitment across ASEAN/APJ regions for Revenue and Client Services, partnering with hiring managers up to VP level. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels, managing full-cycle recruiting, building talent pipelines, executing sourcing campaigns, guiding interview and offer decisions with HR and compensation, tracking pipelines and performance, supporting diversity efforts, and driving improvements to sourcing and candidate outreach. Requires 4+ years of recruiting experience, autonomous problem-solving, strong interviewing and interpersonal skills, and ability to operate in a largely hybrid model with 2 days in the office in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years progressive recruiting experience, ideally in-house, within the ASEAN/ APJ tech landscape
- Ability to proactively source + attract passive talent through multiple methods and channels
- A passion for working autonomously, with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interviewing skills with ability to screen for ability/ experience AND culture
- Strong consultative and interpersonal skills, to communicate across all levels
- Knowledge of Employment and HR policies
- Ambiguity tolerance, with solid decision making skills
