Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner at ABB in Mannheim (Germany), hybrid work model with potential part-time arrangement, fixed-term until September 2027. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from initial hiring manager consultations to candidate selection, interviews, and offer negotiations. Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, drive digital transformation of recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders on postings, interviews, and offers, and participate in Talent Acquisition projects to support strategic goals. Requires experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, a relevant degree, strong interviewing skills, fluency in English and German, and a proactive, strategic mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Solid understanding of interview techniques and the German labor market
- Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of initiative, structured work style, and strategic thinking
- Fluency in both English and German
