Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Partner to support a life sciences recruitment program within an RPO delivery model on a 4–6 month engagement. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across high-volume programs, sourcing candidates through databases, job boards, social media, events, and referrals; conduct interviews to assess skills and cultural fit; manage submission, interview coordination, offers, and negotiation; maintain ATS records and ensure regulatory compliance; coach and provide day-to-day leadership to recruiting teams; build consultative client relationships and drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. Travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period to support client hiring events and initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and staying current with industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of full-cycle recruiting in life sciences; commercial experience preferred
- Ability to manage full recruiting lifecycle (submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing)
- Experience with ATS and compliance with employment laws
- Strong client-facing and internal leadership collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel approximately four weeks over a three-month period
