Job Summary

Establish partnerships with hiring leaders to attract, identify, and hire top talent enabling DUCA's growth and strategic objectives. Consult with leaders to understand business needs, develop tailored recruitment plans, and advise on best practices while coaching managers on interviewing and hiring skills. Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for high-volume individual contributor and management positions, including sourcing, pre-screens, assessments, interviews, debriefs, and offer management. Conduct intake sessions to define hiring needs, articulate candidate profiles, and utilize labor market data to inform recruitment approaches. Build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance with employment legislation while maintaining excellent candidate experiences. Represent DUCA's brand through social media, job postings, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related experience
  • 3-5 years' experience conducting full life-cycle recruiting
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledgeable of relevant employment and human rights legislation

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize and present information in an engaging manner
  • Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach, build strong collaborative relationships, influence key stakeholders, and gain consensus to achieve goals
  • Highly self-directed and solution-oriented with a high sense of urgency to deliver results and meet business deadlines in a fast paced environment with competing demands
  • Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly learn complex business functions
  • Ability to identify and understand relevant data and use data to make fact-based decisions
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable working with various social media platforms and social media recruiting
  • General knowledge of compensation programs and other HR programs
