Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruiting and selection for positions across Art and Wellness Enterprises' diverse portfolio of non-profits, including the Alice L. Walton Foundation, Crystal Bridges Museum, and Heartland Whole Health Institute. Partner with hiring managers, search committees, and People Services to develop sourcing strategies, conduct initial screens and in-depth interviews, and coordinate the entire interview process. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles while executing employer branding initiatives and networking events. Utilize Workday Recruiting and ATS systems to track metrics, manage candidate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide market insights and support workforce planning discussions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting a variety of positions across multiple business functions
- Experience supporting complex organizations or multi-entity environments, preferably within healthcare, higher education, nonprofit organizations, museums/cultural institutions, philanthropy, or similarly complex environments
- Experience recruiting staff and faculty members in a medical school or other higher education environment
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, applicable employment laws, and talent acquisition compliance requirements
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and search committees to develop recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions while balancing competing priorities and delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Experience developing talent pipelines and proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, virtual meeting platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, leaders, search committees, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while remaining adaptable and resilient
- Some travel will be required, including overnight trips on occasion
- A flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work hours

Desired Qualifications
- Professional human resources certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent credential
- Prior Workday Recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting staff and faculty members in a medical school or other higher education environment is strongly preferred
