Job Summary
Senior-level Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) leads advanced recruitment strategies, mentors junior recruiters, manages talent pipelines, coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and uses data to influence hiring decisions. Responsibilities include preparing job descriptions and postings, participating in career events, building networks of potential candidates through market research and relationship management, sourcing across job boards, social media, and networking events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related experience; experience with ATS/Workday and in the Aerospace/Defense domain is highly valued. The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders, stakeholding managers, and cross-functional HR tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience)
- Typically 5+ years of related experience
- Mentor or lead other recruiting team members
- Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- Experience with ATS and recruitment software (preferred)
- Experience with Workday recruiting software (preferred)
- Aerospace & Defense industry experience (preferred)
- Strong data analytics skills (preferred)
- Proficiency in social media recruiting and employer branding (preferred)
- Strong sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray) (preferred)
- Diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies (preferred)
- Project management skills (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Legal ability to work in US (in context of visa requirements)

- U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce
