Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing tools to build robust talent pipelines and optimize time-to-fill metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Executive Search, or Human Resources
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment preferred
